SACKO’s billing operates on a calendar month billing cycle. As most accounts are not created on the first day of the month, a pro rated amount is raised to bring you in line with the billing cycle.
The pro rated amount will vary depending on which day you sign up. The prorated amount is simply calculated by dividing the normal monthly fee by the number of days in a month then times that by the number of days you are using it that month.
Please be aware that you are not being overcharged, we are simply bringing your account in line with our billing cycle. You can view these invoices online though the My Account area.
