Step 1:

 

Log in to your Website Admin Panel with your credentials.

 

 

Step 2:

 

You will be directed to the dashboard. Hover your mouse to left menu options and click Newsletter then the Newsletter option again.

 

 

Step 3:

A new page will load and will allow us to create a new Newsletter.

 

Then select the copy button next to the most recent email that was sent (This should appear at the top of the list.)


 

Step 4:

 

The page will then reload with the new Newsletter that you can now edit at the top of the list.

 

Click the Edit button

 

 

Step 5:

 

Now enter a subject for the email newsletter.

 

 

Step 6:

 

Then edit the contents of the email with the text that you would like to add.

 

If you would like an image to appear in the Newsletter then go to the Media option on the left menu and select Add New.

 

Then click select file and then navigate to where the image is saved on your computer and then click open.

 

The image should upload and you should see a window where you can copy the images URL.

 

Once this is copied go back to the Newsletter menu and then click the Newsletter option again.

 

 

Step 7:

 

You should then see your latest newsletter at the top of the Newsletter list. Click the edit button.

 

Then place the Step 1:

Step 7.

 

You should then see your latest newsletter at the top of the Newsletter list. Click the edit button.

 

Then place the cursor where you would like to add the image. Then click on the small image of the tree.

 

 

Step 8.

 

Then a new window should pop out. Paste what the image URL that was previously copied from the media area into the Image URL field and then press the Insert button.

 

 

Step 9.

 

Once this is done and you are happy with the newsletter select the Message (textual) option and then enter how you would like the email to appear for people which can't view images in emails.

 

 

Step 10.

 

Once you are happy press the save and test button. This will save the email and send a test email to yourself.

 

If you check your email inbox you should see how the email appears. (Might take several minutes to arrive)

 

 

Step 11.

 

Once you are ready to send the email to all customers please press the Send button. After this over the next 12-24 hours all your email newsletters should be sent.
