- Launch Mail
- Click on the Mail menu and select Preferences
- Select the Accounts tab
- Add a new account by clicking the plus symbol at the bottom left of the window
- Enter your personal information, including Full Name
- In the email address field, enter your full email address the form username@mydomain.com.au (e.g. jsmith@mycompany.com.au)
- Enter your email password
- Click Continue to complete setup
