We recommend removing your existing companies email account from your iOS device (Is fine to leave any other personal email accounts) and setting up a new account for your Office 365 Exchange email:
- Launch Settings
- Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- Select the existing account and Delete Account
To add your Office 365 Exchange email account:
- Launch Settings
- Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- Select Add Account
- Select Exchange
- In the email address field, enter your full email address the form username@mydomain.com.au (e.g. jsmith@mycompany.com.au)
- Enter your email password and account description (e.g. MyCompany Email)
- If the setup does not complete (i.e. you receive an error message), you can manually enter the settings:
- Server name outlook.office365.com
- Leave domain blank
- Select Save to complete
