We recommend removing your existing companies email account from your iOS device (Is fine to leave any other personal email accounts) and setting up a new account for your Office 365 Exchange email:

  1. Launch Settings
  2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  3. Select the existing account and Delete Account

To add your Office 365 Exchange email account:

  1. Launch Settings
  2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  3. Select Add Account
  4. Select Exchange
  5. In the email address field, enter your full email address the form username@mydomain.com.au (e.g. jsmith@mycompany.com.au)
  6. Enter your email password and account description (e.g. MyCompany Email)
  7. If the setup does not complete (i.e. you receive an error message), you can manually enter the settings:
    • Server name outlook.office365.com
    • Leave domain blank
  8. Select Save to complete
